Return Policy

​Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@idahoancientgrains.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. If you experience an issue with your order, please email us at info@idahoancientgrains.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Shipping Policy

​We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

What does Ancient Grain mean?

Ancient Grains are those grains that have a simpler chromosome structure and break down in your digestive tract easier than modern grains. These grains still have gluten, but the body is able to process them easier. Therefore, people who experience gluten sensitivities are more able to eat these grains without adverse side effects they might normally experience - including migraines, bloating, gassiness, rashes, or other uncomfortable issues. Ancient grains are NON-GMO and our ancient grains have been third-party (lab) tested to show they are clean from chemicals. No glyphosate has been used on our grains.
