I've used khorasan before, but I have to say yours is the best.  I've made everything from cookies and muffins, to breads.  It has a really nice texture and great taste.

This is the first time I've used spelt.  It grinds really fast, and also has a nice texture.  I've made herb popovers, muffins, bread and cookies.  We love the texture and taste, that is almost sweet!  I've been experimenting with mixing the two grains, with some unbleached white in the bread.  Yum!
